VRA Calculator

With the VRA Calculator you can perform calculations on (multiple) input layers using your own mathematical equation. You can create your own data layer or application map. For example, you can use a soil scan and a yield measurement from a previous season to create a fertilizer map.

With the VRA Calculator you can create your own equations to perform calculations on (multiple) input layers. You can create your own data layers and application maps. An example: use a soil scan and a yield measurement from a previous season and create your own fertilizer map.

Import CSV, geoJSON, Shapefile (zip), or .tiff files and add them to your repository of data on FarmMaps. You can use this data in the VRA Calculator app, and the app creates a plot-covering map layer. You can NDVI and WDVI images from satellites or drones for example.

Features of the VRA Calculator app:

  • You can use multiple input layers
  • Create a new map based on one or multiple layers, using your own equations
  • You can save, load, edit and reuse your equations at any time
  • Share your equations with other users

You can now translate the application map into a task map. Machine definitions and AB lines are integrated in the zoning app, to convert the application map to a machine ready task map. You can download this task map  as a Shapefile or an ISO-XML file and upload this into your machine terminal.
